Refund policy
Refunds of all physical products will be accepted within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product(s) must be in the same condition that they were received in and undamaged in any way.
Shipping to return the product(s) must be covered by buyer, unless otherwise discussed with our customer care team.
After we receive the returned product(s), our team will inspect the product, send you an email of receipt of product(s) and then process your refund (if applicable).
Refunds will be made to the original payment method that was used during the purchase. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 days for a refund to show up on your statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed (from purchase date), you will not be eligible for a refund.
